
Rector of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, and his accompanying delegation paid a courtesy visit to our University’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Karataş. During the meeting, evaluations were made regarding potential academic and administrative collaborations between the two universities.
With the participation of the rectors of both universities and the relevant departments, a meeting was held on the "Integrated Quality Management System," which is a key aspect of university management processes. The meeting involved an exchange of ideas on enhancing quality assurance systems.
As part of the program, the delegations also visited the historical and cultural sites of Çankırı. The first stop was the tomb of Emir Karatekin, known as the Conqueror of Çankırı. The delegation then visited the Cemaleddin Ferruh Darulhadis and Darüşşifa Complex, one of the city`s significant historical structures, where they received information about the courses organized by our Darulhadis Center for Islamic Studies and Practice.
Speaking after the visit, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil expressed his pleasure in being at Çankırı Karatekin University and said, “I hope that the cooperation between our universities will continue to grow and strengthen mutually.” Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Karataş also expressed his satisfaction with the visit and emphasized that the collaborations to be established will serve as a model for the higher education community.
